5 out of 5 starsCeline was great at making an changes needed to the invites, a few spelling errors but everyone is human and makes those mistakes. The invites turned out perfect ❤. Great at communicating and answer all my questions even before I made the purchase. I highly recommend. She has made any changes to the invites even after she was complete. She is very nice and professional and turns things around quickly which has been a big help especially with me needing to order wedding invites soon.

5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend this shop! I had literally a week to find someone to help me design my sister in laws wedding menu. I emailed multiple shops and Celine was the first to reply while other shops replied days after. Celine was so quick, efficient and accommodating! I had to change the menu list after the final draft was sent but Celine was prompt and edited my menu. Great customer service and beautiful design. I received so many compliments at the wedding. A guest at the wedding ended up using Celine for her daughter's 1st day board. Thank you Celine!

For DIY PRINTABLE ORDERS. All proofs and high resolution files will be sent to you in a digital PDF file. They are delivered via email to the address listed with your Etsy account, unless otherwise noted. Please be sure that the email you have on file with Etsy is correct, and check it often, including the Spam folder. See the turnaround time in my info but please keep in mind this is an estimate and is directly affected by the response-time of the buyer to give necessary information and feedback on proofs in a timely manner.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom designs include 2 revisions. Revisions may take up to 2 business days.
Proofs will be sent in low resolution to the email provided. Any further revisions will cost an additional £2.00.
Revisions are not complete redesigns. Major changes will incur an additional charge. Changes to graphics (except color changes) may incur additional charges. Changes can be made for 2 months after the original design has been sent. After that time, a new order will need to be placed.
Your order will be deleted two weeks after the final design file is sent. If you intend to revise the design after this deadline, a repurchase is required.
